It was a company-sponsored stay, and the accommodation was comfortable with good service. However, the receptionist's attitude was unacceptable; he refused to listen to my request to allow my real sister to visit me in my room. I'm not sure where such policies come from. As a graduate in law and hotel management with experience at 5-star properties like the Taj Agra, Leela Delhi, and Oberoi Gurgaon, I have never encountered such a policy. Apart from this issue with guest entry, everything else was satisfactory.
